3

Dig down to depth of 150mm (Most installers only dig out 70mm, if at all.)

3

Apply weed killer to prepared area, and overlay with a geo-textile membrane

4

Lay type one stone to a depth of 75mm and compact stone with wacker plate

5

Install 75mm of compacted sharp sand then blind with cement at 10:1 ratio to give a smooth and stable finish

6

Area framed with timber or similar edgings to provide extra stability and gives the grass a fixing point.

7

Overlay leading lawns and allow a couple of hours to settle and creases to disappear

8

Stretch carpet and fix to timber edge with small nails and fixings.

9

Cut the carpet in seam locations and roll out seaming tape down the centre of the seam

10

Apply glue via cartridges along the seam and spread evenly

11

Fold both sides of grass gently onto the glue adhesive being careful to avoid fibres going into the adhesive and secure remaining leading lawns to the timber edgings with small nails or fixings. Leave for a few hours.

12

Apply sand at the specified infill ratios and brush the artificial grass with a stiff yard brush. Sit back and enjoy your Leading Lawn!
